Abstract: | In an industry based on experience, how can Principals and Superintendents transfer skills and knowledge to improve Contractor capabilities without overstepping boundaries. This paper is a case study of working with an inexperienced Contractor on consecutive projects to improve their performance to reduce time and cost required for contractor management. It explores the development and implementation of some basic tools and the initial findings from a current project. |
