dc.description.abstractIn an industry based on experience, how can Principals and Superintendents transfer skills and knowledge to improve Contractor capabilities without overstepping boundaries. This paper is a case study of working with an inexperienced Contractor on consecutive projects to improve their performance to reduce time and cost required for contractor management.
