Abstract: | Rock bolts are widely used to civil and mining industries to strengthen and support rock walls and tunnels. There are five ways a rock bolt can fail under tensile load. the most common form of failure is this one (point). The bolt grout interface. I also found that there was little research into grout properties and this kind of failure. For this reason I decided to focus on this for my project. |
