dc.description.abstract(HIG) has been offering consultancy services for the past twenty one years for local authorities and state government clients across the state. In recent years, we have found it is becoming increasingly difficult to recruit designers and engineers with the experience and proficiency to perform in the role without firstly requiring substantial training and guidance. With the current work demands faced by design and engineering teams, it is difficult to devote the time and resources required to adequately train these newly recruited designers and engineers whilst faced with project delivery pressures.en_US
