dc.description.abstractScott has recently joined the Townsville City Council to manage the Townsville Water, wastewater and solid waste services. He has over 25 years’ experience in the water industry across Australia. He is particularly experienced in working with customers and major industry in regional centres and cities to ensure water supplies are sufficient for the community and economic growth. This has been achieved in locations in extreme droughts and challenging environments. Scott was born and went to University in Queensland. He has now returned to support Townsville in ensuring the water infrastructure and services meets the communities and industries needsen_US
