The lot yield from an integrated residential development is determined by a number of variables, including lot 4516m² dimensions and mix, block lengths, proportion of open space and road reserve widths. In additRiOoGnHANslope, RcOuADrved roads and irregular shaped lots reduce design efficiency and yield.
